The Hon Paricia Garnett Borwick, who died at her home 21 Aug 2009, was the widow of the Hon Robin Sandbach Borwick (b. 22 Mar 1927; d. 26 Nov 2003) scion of the Barons Borwick, and was a dau of the life peer the Baron McAlpine of Moffat, by his wife Ella Mary Gardner Garnett, 2nd dau. of James Gardner Garnett, of North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She marr. 2 Dec 1950, and leaves issue:- (i) (Geoffrey Robert) James Borwick, who succeeded his uncle as 5th Baron Borwick in 2007; (ii) the Hon Richard David Borwick, granted the style and precedence of the younger son of a Baron by Royal Warrant 2008 (b. 24 Jul 1960), mar. 1983 Nicole D Kerr, dau. of S/Ldr Ronald M Kerr MVO, of Westwinds, Mouldford, co. Oxford, and has issue; (i) the Hon Judith Patricia Borwick, granted the style and precedence of the daughter of a Baron by Royal Warrant 2008 (b. 13 Jun 1952), mar. 27 Nov 1971 Padraic Desmond Curry-Towneley-O'Hagan, only son of Capt Ian Desmond Curry-Towneley-O'Hagan.
